As for transparency, you’ll never have to wonder what exactly I’m doing for you as I’ll let you know what I’m doing every step of the way. There is no mystery or secret to the things I do so everything will be spelled out for you.

Ethical Internet Marketing Practices

This is an important issue whether you hire me or not. Local SEO professionals are a dime a dozen these days. Some are really good and some are really bad. Always make sure you know what your SEO consultant is doing for you! If they don’t adhere to Google’s terms and conditions, you may lose your rankings or worse yet, you may get banned from Google! Your consultant should be practicing 100% white hat strategies, which I strictly adhere to. Your website has no risk of losing rankings or getting banned for anything I do.

Regular and Responsive Communications

I promise I won’t pull a disappearing act on you. Regardless of what you hire me to do, I will be in regular contact with you via your preferred method of communication. If you like to talk on the phone, you’ll get regular phone calls from me. If you’re fine with emails, you’ll get regular email updates. If you prefer text messages, I’ll send those. And when you contact me, I’ll respond within 12 hours (usually within a few hours in most cases).

Respect of Your Time and Schedule

I know you’re busy. That’s why you hired me! I am respectful of your time so I strive to be efficient in my communications with you by contacting you only when necessary and being as brief as I can (unless of course you’re the type that likes to chat in which case I’ll be more than happy to oblige). I also realize that you’re busy running your own business so I am readily available “after hours” so you can easily reach me and ask any questions you have after your work day.

This is the most important thing you can expect when hiring me – a positive return on your investment! If you don’t get more leads and customers after working with me, then I have failed you. Everything I do for you is centered around that goal – getting you more leads and customers!
